- To finalize the booking, a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the stay is required. The deposit may be paid by bank transfer or by credit or debit card.
- If the card is invalid or the transaction is declined, the guest will be notified and must provide a valid card or select another payment method within 48 hours. If this period expires without the payment being completed, the booking will not be finalized.
- If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the agreed arrival date, the hotelier is obliged to refund the entire deposit.
- If the cancellation is made 59-31 days before the agreed arrival date, the guest owes the hotelier 50% of the total amount of the cancelled booking.
- If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the guest owes the hotelier 100% of the total amount of the cancelled booking.
- In the event of a no-show or departure before the agreed departure date, the guest will be charged 100% of the booking amount. An exception will apply in the event of "unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances", which will be examined on a case-by-case basis.
